Be sure to include your print files, quantity to be printed, and your contact information as you would like it to appear on your invoice.  Someone from our team will contact you ASAP to finalize the order and go over next steps.  Once you are an established customer we do have online solutions to make re-ordering a simple online process.

  • Our turnaround times are affected by many variables. One of the most important things you can do to ensure your project is completed in a timely manner is to make sure that any artwork you submit is print-ready.

  • If your printing project has a 'crisis deadline,' please call our customer service department and speak to a project manager as soon as possible. Normally, our schedule revolves around "one day per task." For example, we allow one day for printing, one day for folding, one day for drilling, etc. So, the number of tasks your project requires equals the number of days of turnaround we'll need. We can, however, provide rush service, but we need to talk to you quickly to determine how we can best help. We also ask for your understanding that completing your job early means our other customers will have to wait longer for their orders, or our staff will have to work overtime to meet the deadline, so additional charges apply to any expedited orders.

  • It is impossible to list every possible item on our website.  It is best to reach out to use on our Quote Request form with the details on your specific project.  One of our team members will contact you right away to review your project and confirm it is within our scope of work.

  • We consider a personal job anything that is not for another business or a non-profit organization.  At this time we are solely focusing on the business to business space.  We are not a copy center; so we do not offer the following types of services:  scanning, copies, fax, passport photos, lamination,  etc….

  • Our area of expertise is in the B2B space.  We do not want to give any customer a subpar experience.  In order to provide excellent customer service to our B2B customers we know that we can spread ourselves to thin.  As the saying goes, “You can please some of the people all of the time, you can please all of the people some of the time, but you can't please all of the people all of the time.”
